Bath time excitement

Can anybody guess why Charlotte is SOOO excited in the photo below?  And why the photo has such weird coloring...

Here's a hint.  The weird coloring is partly due to the fact that I (Mommy) was also super excited and must have pushed a button on my "point and shoot" in the midst of attempting to capture the moment on this particular December bath night.
